pickup at Figari was very slow. even with the online registration, the person at the office restart the entire procedure. during the online preregistration, Hertz propose me an upgrade which was not available at figari. The car was not the one choosed at the pre-registration. the dropoff was quick and easy.

The amount of people in line to only have 1 person finishing people's application was silly. 2 1/2 hours to pick up a car, and there were another 10 people behind me that arrived at nearly the same time.
