|Jun 2023Car was not what we reserved - car had many stains, dents, paint issues. Was basically a cheaper car than we requested and VERY used.

|Jun 2023I scheduled my pickup for 6pm, but only realized when I got to the Budget office that the office itself closes at 6pm and I was very lucky to have just caught the employee before they left. To avoid this issue, the website should only allow bookings to be picked up/dropped off before 6pm.

|Apr 2023Agent tried to upcharge, seemed threatening when I declined. Vehicle interior was grungy dirty,no vacuum evident at airport site . Return attendant did not offer a receipt, I assume one will be electronically sent. I liked 24 hour operation
