|Aug 2021I was informed at the time of pick-up that the car was a full electric car and the only other option was 150 euros on top of what we already paid, which was not feasible for us. I explained that we were traveling to an extremely remote area of Spain and it ended up to turn out to be a terrible experience. We were told we could plug the car into a house, however there was no adapter provided to do this. In addition, part of the charging port in the front of the car was blocked off so we were not able to plug in the high-speed charger into the car so we had to wait 2.5 for the car to charge sitting in petrol station parking lots three times over the course of 2 days. All in all it was a terrible experience. Electric cars should only be rented within city limits or it should be more clear in the booking.
