The only good thing about this experience was that they offered to switch the vehicle they gave me with the van I reserved; and they delivered it to where we were staying, but it was halfway through our trip and we had already done almost all of our driving in a VERY uncomfortable SUV .

There was nothing that stated this was not going to be valid in Ecuador, but that's what I was told and as a result I HAD to purchase the other insurance. HORRIBLE, EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE
