• Look up in Tavira against the blue sky and you see ornate white bell towers, minarets and unusual roofs.  There are at least 25 bell towers and they are all part of Tavira’s elegant history when it was an important fishing center.
• See the seven arched bridge Ponte Romana, built in a Roman style. It is very impressive.
