JetBlue Airways Check-in
Online check-in is available between 24 hours and 90 minutes before the flight is scheduled to take off. At airports, check-in times vary. For international flights customers should be checked in at least 60 minutes prior to departure and must be in the gate area at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Express Curbside Check-In is available at some airports. Drop your bags outside for a charge of $2 per bag. JetBlue Remote Check-In is available (at hotels, convention centers, on-airport and off-airport parking areas, rental car areas, and onboard cruise ships) in some cities such as Boston, Fort Lauderdale, San Francisco and Orlando.
JetBlue Airways baggage allowance
Carry-on: You can carry one bag that will stow easily in the overhead bin plus a personal item such as a purse, briefcase or laptop that will fit under the seat in front of you
Checked: When you fly with JetBlue, your first checked bag is free. It should not be bigger than 62in and should weigh less than 50lbs. There's a fee of $30 for checking a second bag. If you plan on checking three or more bags, you will be charged $75 per bag.
Excess: Bags weighing between 51lbs and 70lbs will incur a fee of $50 per bag. Bags between 71lbs and 99lbs will cost $100 each. Bags heavier than 99lbs are not accepted. Bags between 63in and 80in will incur a fee of $75 each. Bags larger than 80in won’t be accepted.

Seats can be booked online for no extra cost. A seating plan with legroom details is also available on jetblue.com so you can choose the perfect seat.
Passenger change details
For changes or cancellations to existing bookings, customers can use the Manage Your Flights page. If you have purchased a non-refundable fare, changes and cancellations carry a $100 fee per person, plus any difference in fares. Changes or cancellations to Refundable Fares are permitted, subject to availability and any difference in fare. If you need to make a Same Day Flight Change the fee is $40 per person.
Child fares
Infants between the age of three days and two years can travel on all domestic flights on an adult's lap for free.

Pets
Cats or dogs can be carried in the cabin for a fee of $100 each way. Only one pet is allowed per passenger, with the exception of service animals. All animals must be in a carrier smaller than 17in x 12.5in x 8in placed under the seat in front. No animals can be carried on flights to the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico or the Bahamas.
Carrying musical instruments
Standard baggage allowances apply. A separate seat can be purchased to carry a large or fragile instrument instead of checking it.
In-flight service
Complimentary drinks and snacks are served. Alcohol is available for sale. Seat-back televisions with 36 channels are also available on some airplanes. JetBlue offers connectivity through BetaBlue, with complimentary email, shopping, and instant messaging. It also provides Terra chips, Dunkin Donuts coffee and tea, and other specialty snacks and beverages on board.
Air miles
JetBlue's frequent flier program, True Blue, is available for online enrollment. It offers the chance to earn free travel and access to special features on jetblue.com, such as managing credits from canceled flights.
