Passengers can check in online and print boarding passes from home. Online check-in opens at least 12 hours before departure. Check-in counters at the airport open 3 hours prior to flight departure time and close one hour before departure. Early check-in is available in selected airports.

Air Arabia has an overall delay rate under 27 percent. Seventy-three percent of flights arrive as scheduled. Approximately 72 percent of flights depart on time. Less than 4 percent of flights are cancelled or diverted. The average delay is 20 minutes.
Air Arabia baggage allowance
Air Arabia’s free baggage allowance permits each passenger to bring one carry-on into the cabin. Additional items must be checked. Fees apply to all checked luggage.
Passengers are permitted to bring one suitcase into the cabin. Carry-ons must weigh less than 22 pounds. Hand baggage must measure less than 22″ by 16″ by 8″, including wheels, pockets, and handles.
Passengers may purchase a checked baggage allowance of 44, 66 or 88 pounds. The allowance includes an unlimited number of pieces. However, each bag must weigh less than 70 pounds. Additional charges apply if the purchased allowance is exceeded. Pre-book your baggage online, over the phone or by visiting a sales office and save up to 90% on airport baggage charges. Fragile items are not permitted in checked luggage. Air Arabia is not responsible for any damage claims, and the airline reserves the right to refuse carriage.
Sports Equipment/Oversized Items:
Passengers may purchase a checked baggage allowance at the airport or while making reservations. The maximum weight allowance for a single item is 70 pounds. The combined dimensions must be less than 62 inches.
Air Arabia legroom
Air Arabia’s planes have all-economy class cabins. Legroom allowances are generally the same for all passengers with a seat pitch of 31 – 32 inches. Travelers who require extra legroom can upgrade to bulkhead or exit row seats.
Seats are assigned at check-in. Passengers may also select a seat of their choice while making reservations. Fees apply to this optional upgrade.
Air Arabia manages a fleet of Airbus A320-200s. Seats are arranged in groups of three on each side of the aisle.
Passenger change details
Travel plans can be modified up to 24 hours before departure. Changes can be completed online, by phone or at an airline office. Fees apply to all voluntary ticket changes. Some charges are nonrefundable.
Special Air Arabia tickets are available for children under 12. Infant tickets are provided to passengers under 2. Minors under the age of 12 are not permitted to travel alone.
Senior discounts are not available on Air Arabia’s low-cost flights. However, the airline does offer a price guarantee.
Service dogs that accompany disabled passengers are permitted on Air Arabia flights. Other animals and pets will not be accepted.
Air Arabia offers several in-flight entertainment options, including pre-selected movies and TV shows, through its exclusive Fun Onboard program. Passengers are also invited to participate in talent shows, trivia games and giveaways. Special activities are available for children including drawing and face-painting.
To reduce costs, Air Arabia does not have a loyalty program. However, the carrier does have an airline credit card that allows members to earn points on purchases.
