Sometimes, a hotel is simply your home base for exploring a new destination. Other times, the perks at the hotel are so tempting, it’s hard to justify ever setting foot off property. Just take a look at these six hotel pools: They serve up so much fun, you’ll be in them all day — or vacation — long.

Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas

Whether you’re traveling with your significant other, a group of friends or the family, you’ll have a hard time finding a good reason to leave the aquatic comforts of Atlantis, Paradise Island’s pool area. The 141-acre water park features river rides, a water playground and eight water slides, including one that tunnels you through a shark-filled lagoon. Plus, nine pools offer every type of atmosphere you can imagine, from the hip vibes of the Blu Pool to the family-friendly River Pool to the adults-only Cain at the Cove Pool.

Paradise Beach, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada

Is there any better way to cool off in Las Vegas than with a dip in one of Sin City’s hottest pools? When it comes to the city’s most fun pools, you can’t go wrong by spending the day at the famed Rehab pool party, held on Saturdays and Sundays all summer long at Paradise Beach at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. This cocktail-driven, 21-and-over pool party sprawls across three acres of sandy beaches, cool waters and a lazy river, featuring music and DJ sets by the likes of T-Pain, Jason Derulo and Sky Blu of LMFAO. With plenty of eye candy to boot, why would you ever want to leave the pool?

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Oahu, Hawaii

In search of a pool that’s a little more family-friendly? Leave it to Disney to keep kids of all ages swimming and splashing all day long. At Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Oahu, the entire family can get their kicks in the 8,200-square-foot zero-entry pool, whether it’s by zipping through the tunnel entry or partying with your favorite Disney characters poolside. Water rides, play areas and whirlpool spas for the parents round out the intoxicating pool experience at Aulani.

Nickelodeon Family Suites, Orlando, Florida

Let’s face it: You’re never too old to get slimed. At Nickelodeon Family Suites in Orlando, you’ll have so much fun getting covered in mystery green goo, racing down seven water slides, enjoying poolside perks like miniature golf and partying with the poolside entertainment that you won’t even realize you’ve spent the entire day at the pool.

Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, Florida

The pool area boasting the largest deck in Northeastern Florida certainly doesn’t disappoint. It’s easy to spend a day at the pool at Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, after all, when you don’t have to fight fellow guests for a coveted chaise lounge — and at Omni Amelia Island, 600 chaise lounges mean there’s one for every bed in the hotel. Two tiers separate the adults-only pool from the family-friendly area, with Atlantic Ocean views and fire pits setting the mood. If you’re coming with the family, you’ll want to camp out at the pool for the dive-in movies and daily scavenger hunts; adults will enjoy the poolside flights of the Rum + Tequila Experience, as well as the Pool Diva, a concierge who takes care of everything from dinner reservations to cigar delivery, meaning you really don’t ever need to leave.

Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort, Wisconsin

You’d better believe America’s largest water park resort has plenty of fun-filled attractions to keep you poolside all day long. Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort’s indoor and outdoor water parks (that’s right: there’s more than one water park at this aquatic-themed destination) will have your head spinning with all of the slides, play areas and rides (including bumper boats!). The park is also home to the world’s largest  indoor wave pool, and if you’re still not having enough fun, you can always head to the swim-up bar for a cocktail or two.
