STL - MSP
Both flights were on time and landed early, which I very much appreciated. On the first flight, from STL to MSP, I would wish that the flight attendant had been a little more flexible. I was racing to finish a presentation on my laptop during the trip, but the flight attendant made me stow the laptop long before takeoff (standing by to watch to make sure I did so). Also the crew canceled cabin service due to what seemed to me fairly minor turbulence; and the wifi was nonfunctioning. The second flight, from MSP to LAX, though, was great: the crew was friendly and attentive, and wifi connectivity was seamless. In particular, I appreciated that the flight attendant just told me to stow the laptop right before takeoff/landing, and trusted me to do so (which I did!).
