Boarding was super bad. Did the queue and in the end had to wait for someone to validate my passport (and my friends too) no explanation, in the end the person that sent me to other colleague had to do it so completely non sense. Stewards not smiling or helpful. Had the impression that we were bothering them. Food was almost thrown away like animals and not enough. For a 10h flight during night it could be nice to offer a little more food or snacks for those who don’t sleep. With Iberia quality is not to be expected unfortunately. Reviewing options for future flights.
