I would have loved to book this flight for our family, but AirfareAssist did not confirm the flight and follow through with the tickets. They advertised the $541 price and tried to switch me to a different flight/price on Delta. I contacted Kayak and Airfare Assist multiple times, but the tickets were not honored. It was still advertised on Kayak, and I tried to re-buy, but got the same bait and switch. They also advertised this on cheapair.com, but it was same bait and switch. It was very disappointing and not honest. Fortunately, I booked a refundable hotel situation and have to get that refund. I don’t think Kayak should do business with AirfareAssist.
