DO NOT EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE. We booked a flight from Cancun. We showed up at check-in and the agent told us they never actually booked the flight for us. I showed them the confirmation number and proof of payment, etc. They had confirmed the flight for us and the flight was leaving but our names were not on the manifest for some reason even though we had that confirmation from them. They said all they could do was refund our money. I said, no that does not help solve our problem, we need the flight home that you confirmed for us and took our money for. To book my family on a new flight for today cost a fortune. I suggested that they would help me purchase the replacement tickets and they refused to do so and continued to repeat that they would refund my purchase price which would be their remedy for the situation. I insisted that this did not solve the problem that they created. They insisted that was all they could do and that it did resolve the situation. Eventually, the agent and the supervisor got tired of hearing me beg for help and they went in the back and hid, leaving us standing there alone. I had to purchase new replacement tickets with a different airline for a flight leaving in a couple of hours. It cost a fortune to rebook my family on a flight that leaves "now" at the last minute. They were happy to leave my family stranded in Cancun and were not apologetic about their mistake. Mistakes happen but it is how you resolve them that makes a difference. The people at the call center and the agents at the gate did not care about helping us with this situation at all. It has been a few days since this occurred and I have not even received the refund that they promised us so far. I WOULD AVOID THIS HEARTLESS AIRLINE AT ALL COSTS. BUYER BEWARE.
