Plane was delayed 2 hours. We were charged extra for luggage and seats. Seat rows were so close together that it was almost impossible to get in and out to use the bathroom, let alone sit comfortably. Food was mediocre at best. Your ambient music is the same tune that is used when AA puts me on hold. Flying has become a nightmare!

Plane was delayed 2 hours. We were charged extra for luggage and seats. Seat rows were so close together that it was almost impossible to get in and out to use the bathroom, let alone sit comfortably. Food was mediocre at best.
