I spend most of my time negotiating with both orbitz and latam because each denied what the other had stated. In the end, I flew with Delta which was a good service, however , neither the previously companies assumed any responsibility for the seats or the baggage. It was a scam and a rip off way to operate. Delta informed me that they frequently deal with passengers in my situation pekpme who are abandoned by third party companies after being charged for services that were never actually purchased. Your website is losing credibility by hosting copies likes these.
