For a flight this long, the airline needs to use a plane with lay flat seats. It greatly and negatively impacted the experience. The BIG complaint I have about the flight was the temperature. I was wearing a jogging suit with a t-shirt under, I also had my jacket on my legs and the one blanket I could get onboard over the top of my body with a hood on my head and I was freezing! The reason I could only get one blanket is everyone else was also freezing and also requested blankets. I hope this stops!
