Cheap Car Rentals in Pâquis, Geneva from $5

We had a hard time paying for the car as they only accepted credit cards with a PIN.

I made the mistake of booking our car with Hertz in downtown Geneva, instead of at the airport. After finding our way to the correct office, checking in/picking up the car was a breeze. We arranged to leave the car at the airport, which worked out well. I had read some reviews about some people’s bad experiences, but there was nothing negative about our experience.

The staff are very insistent on up selling the customers. They charge large fees for small scratches.

The drop off point in Vevey that was listed does not exist. As a result we missed our train and had to pay an extra $140 Swiss francs to go to our next destination.

Car pickup was not possible d it was not clear that pickup was possible only in Geneva city center instead of airport rental location.
