I strongly advise against using this car rental company. This is not a legitimate agency with a proper office; instead, you’re directed to a parking lot with all your luggage, regardless of who is with you, to collect the car in a nearly clandestine manner. The vehicle provided was old and in very poor condition. After a late arrival with my family, exhausted from our travels, I reluctantly accepted the car. However, two days later, a dashboard warning light indicated an engine injection issue, and that’s when the nightmare began. Customer service is abysmal. Each time I called on WhatsApp, a different person answered, requiring me to retell the entire story. Although Othmane and Abdessamd eventually assisted me, it only came after hours on the phone, leaving me hoarse from the repeated calls. Emergency numbers are essentially useless—often turned off or unresponsive. I was asked to go to Fes airport for an exchange, as they claimed to have an agency there. After waiting with my family for four hours in the evening, no one showed up. When the exchange finally happened, I was given a lower-category car, which was dirty, and I was forced to pay for the cleaning of the vehicle I was returning just to complete the exchange. On top of that, the fee for adding a second driver is nearly as much as renting an additional car. In short, avoid this agency at all costs, even if it appears to be your last option.
