Location was not in the airport as described. After trekking across a parking area and field to the location we discovered our car had been given away because we missed the reservation time by about 1/2 an hour. (I had tried to change the pick up time on line multiple times prior to arrival but the website wasn’t working properly.) Our friend’s reservation was still good, but the proposed car looked sketchy and the employee who met us tried to force him to pay a bunch of previously hidden fees. We walked back to the airport and booked with Hertz, who were very professional and kind.

They were very professional and helped me when I had a little drama with the car. I will never use any other car rental but Budget again. Thank you Budget! Great job!

Was quoted $121 when I made my reservation. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the cost was $450. I had to take another taxi back to my hotel and regroup and make a plan B. This took all afternoon. I missed my reservation for an excursion I had planned and lost a day of my vacation. All in all I figure they cost me about $350 out of pocket.

The guys were great to deal with, and very helpful. Don't judge a book by its cover, they are in a "Job Trailer" out and left of the terminal. They are NOT in the terminal. At first I was a little concerned, but they were great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We got ripped off!!!! No car available. Pre-paid for a week. The other people behind us also had no car.. Scam artists run the rental place........ruined our vacation. Thanks a lot!

This agency is located outside the airport. It is a scam because they make you buy extra insurance even when you tell them you are covered by your own auto insurance and trip insurance. I would not ever use this company again.

We picked up the car at the ferry station and dropped it off at the airport. Both things were very easy to do and staff was very helpful at both locations.
