When I picked up the vehicle, the one they gave me first was already booked for another customer, so I had to turn back around from the exit gate to take the car back, explain the issue, have them find me a different car, and then move my items and family into another car. I was also frustrated that they seemed to have no info from my online booking other than my name and time and I had to fill out some of the info all over again. I also was asked about insurance when I had already purchased protection. All-around, it was very frustrating. I do want to note that the drop-off was easy and they did save me the hassle of taking the shuttle back because the employee checking us in drove us to the airport dropp-off. That was a nice touch.
