It is NOTORIOUS for not transferring baggage. We traveled from Philadelphia to Frankfurt and had a 6 hour layover there before our flight to Cairo. That should be sufficient time in this day and age for the check in luggage to be transferred. For a family of 4, we had one of our baggage that arrived. 3 of them were missing. They promised to ship it to our hotel within 24 hours, NO RESPONSE after nearly 48 hours. Made a complete mess of our trip because we were taking a onward flight to Luxor. I am writing this review as I am waiting for my luggage and have a flight in the next 5 hours, so you can imagine my anguish and frustration. There is no one to call in Cairo Airport after hours and no way to get in touch with the transportation company. All this heartbreak could have be avoided if the Airlines just did their job!!
