Our Sales Rep, Jalel, was amazing! Couldn't have been more pleasant! He made the whole check out/check-in process very easy and was perfectly splendid! No issues whatsoever with the car. Returned it with no issues. However, an issue occurred with pymt. My total cost should've been $552 US dollars, including purchasing full coverage insurance. After the initial hold (including deposit) of $852 was released, Sixt tried to process a charge of $2388 US dollars!! Thankfully, this was declined by my card company. Maybe, my card was hacked and this was a fraudulent attempt. At the time of writing this review, I have not had time to research this issue but will. Outside of this pymt issue, I experienced no problems.
