When to Fly to Nova Scotia

Peak Season:

Most travelers book flights to Nova Scotia during the spring, summer and fall months. Winter is becoming more popular, but the reduced daylight hours can put a damper on daily activities. If you plan your Nova Scotia trip during peak season make sure you reserve any adventure amenities ahead of time (campsites, canoeing, rental cars, etc.) as they tend to book up.

Off Season:

Winter travel is pretty sparse in this Canadian region, but this is also the best time to find cheap flights to Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, many tourist facilities are closed outside this peak summer time so it's a good idea to check ahead of time before booking Nova Scotia flights and accommodations.
