One of three airports serving Milan, Malpensa is the main hub for Alitalia. It has two terminals and serves more than 70 airlines, with destinations worldwide. Rail:Malpensa Express trains run from Terminal 1 to Milano Cadorna Station (journey time: 40 minutes), in the center of Milan.
Taxi: Taxis are available from outside Arrivals at both terminals.
Bus: Buses run from both terminals to Milano Centrale Station. There are also services to Linate Airport, Sesto and Torino. The Malpensa Shuttle runs from both terminals to Milano Centrale Station (stopping on request at the conferences and exhibition center during Milan fair events).

Short- and long-term parking, operated by SEA GestioneParking (tel: +39 (0)2 7486 2591) and APCOA (tel: +39 (0)2 5858 1069), is available close to Terminal 1. APCOA provides covered parking spaces that are linked directly to the terminal by a walkway. SEA Gestione Parking also provides long- and short-term parking close to Terminal 2. A Park & Fly shuttle bus is available.

Money and communications: Facilities include banks, bureau de change, post offices, public telephones and fax facilities in both terminals.
Eating and drinking: There are bars, a cocktail lounge and restaurants.
Shopping: There are several shops at the airport, including duty-free.
Luggage: Baggage storage is available in both terminals.
Other facilities: There are pharmacies and travel agencies. First aid and health offices are available in both terminals. A chapel can be found in Terminal 2.

Travelers should phone the hotel upon arrival at the airport for free shuttle pick-up. Assistance for disabled passengers, who should inform their airline of any special needs when making their flight booking, is available. There are elevators and ramps for access, as well as disabled toilets and telephones in both terminals. The Sala Amica (courtesy lounge) in Terminal 1 provides toilets for people with reduced mobility, telephones for the hearing-impaired as well as newspapers and magazines in Braille if required. Disabled parking is available at both terminals.

Conference rooms, with facilities for a maximum of 14 people, should be booked in advance. Club SEA lounges (tel: +39 (0)2 7485 2841) offer business facilities to their members.
