Carry-on: One bag and one personal item such as a purse, briefcase, or laptop computer. A carry-on bag must fit under your seat or in the overhead bin and should not be more than 9 x 14 x 22in or 45 linear in (length + width + height).
Checked: Two items free of charge with a maximum size of 62 linear in and maximum weight of 50lbs each.

Tickets purchased through external ticketing sources (travel agencies, online travel agencies, other airlines, etc.) will be charged a reservation servicing fee of $10 for voluntary changes. This fee does not apply to tickets purchased directly from United Express through united.com, flyted.com, United Reservations, Airport Ticketing Offices or Star Alliance partners.
Same day change: Passengers can confirm a seat on an alternate flight on the same day of travel anywhere United Express flies within the United States and within four hours of the time of request. If seats are available on an alternate flight, the change will be confirmed for a $25 fee.
