It was fast which is the reason for these flights.
We booked LIGHT however at the desk they maintained we had booked ZERO. I personally despise this category as it is against all norms of travel. It serves as a vehicle with which to extort more money from the travelling public. I believe the term service should be dropped from the vernacular of low cost airlines and the word gouging should replace it. VOLARIS was a good carrier with excellent service however since the demise of Interjet, the rise of Vivaaerobus and COVID I think the management feel it is time to fill their pockets.

Got verbally assaulted by the gate agent for asking about why I was in economy when I paid for business class. She then yelled I was the reason for cause the plane be late… even though people still loading and I took 30 seconds of her time. Other people then verbally said not nice things on the flight assuming I was a problem. As a paraplegic, frequent traveler and she was 100% wrong about anything she said… I am beyond insulted and felt discriminated upon. I will be sure to send my experience onto management and social media
