Poor counter check in the staff are not accommodating slow customer service. I’ve have waiting two hour before the counters to open up and the lines were already long. The boarding gate again was late as usual to open up. I’m so disappointed to choose this airlines normally it was good before.

Poor counter check in the staff are not accommodating slow customer service. I’ve have waiting two hour before the counters to open up and the lines were already long. The boarding gate again was late as usual to open up. I’m so disappointed to choose this airlines normally it was good before.
