It was a terrible experience, when I purchased the ticket, ot stated that I could have one carry on bag and one checked baggage, when I got to the airport they demanded a fee for the checked luggage of $328.00 or 1,705.00 bra real, of which I did not have and had to have a family member deposit it to me in order to pay this fee that was meant to be included, it caused a lot of stress for me and my family and I am very unhappy with this out right trickery. I feel something should be done to prevent other travelers from experiencing what I did, it is not fair.
