|Jul 2023The car was great. I think that you should highlight that insurance will be extra and required, so that we know the true cost beforehand. In addition, the gentleman checking us in did not tell us that adding an extra driver would be extra even when he knew that we didn't really plan on using the extra driver. Finally, the return location at the Cork airport could be labeled better.

|Mar 2023I canceled this car per the terms and received no response. I was instructed to call Sixth where only a voicemail instructed me to cancel via email which no one responded to. The auto reply instructed me to click a link to cancel. After entering my details, I was messaged that the action (canceling) was ‘not allowed’. The cancellation request was a day prior to the rental.
