Doha has modern medical care, but facilities expect to get payment up front for any services provided. Stick to bottled water and avoid undercooked food or unwashed produce to avoid traveler’s diarrhea, especially outside of resorts and hotels.
Qatar’s electrical current is 240/415 volts, 50Hz and uses both round-pinned plugs with grounding and rectangular blade plugs.
