Bus: Capital Area Transit Authority +1 (CATA) operates a fixed route bus service to the airport seven days a week with Routes 14 and 12A. CATA's customer service representatives can be reached by calling 517 394 1000.

The short-term parking is located directly opposite the terminal building and has a 15-minute grace period. The long-term parking lot is located just behind it. Parking facilities are operated and managed by APCOA/Standard (tel: 517 321 2665). The airport has an EZ-Go Cart available to transport passengers from the parking lot to the terminal building. To use this service, passengers should drive under the canopy and find a Skycap for assistance.

Eating and drinking: There is a casual full service restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a pub, located near the boarding gates, with a full-service cocktail lounge and a branded mini food court
Shopping: There is a gift shop and news-stand concession featuring merchandise geared to the needs of air travellers. Also available are products, crafts, and gifts reflecting the unique character of Mid-Michigan.

Other facilities: Skycap services are available at curbside to assist passengers transport their luggage and belongings to the airline ticket counters for check-in. Skycaps are also available in the baggage claim area at flight arrival times.

The airport is fully accessible to disabled and elderly travelers. Special ramps for wheelchairs are located at both short-term parking lots flanking the airport terminal as well as long-term parking lots. Convenient parking spaces are reserved for disabled travelers in all parking lots. Ramps are provided at curbside by the terminal. Elevators are conveniently located in the passenger terminal. All elevators are identified with the standard graphics used to designate facilities for disabled people, and they are equipped with raised markings on the control buttons. Wheelchairs can be obtained upon arrival at the passenger terminal by contacting any Skycap.
