They didn’t have the vehicle we specifically ordered. The young guy just kept telling us to pick any other car, at an up charge of course. We settled on a VW suv. On our 3rd day, the check engine coolant light came on and the coolant level was low. We had to go to an auto supply store and purchase coolant. On the way there I called customer service to find out what we should do if we continue to have engine issues and they weren’t much help. When we dropped the vehicle off, the gentleman, Mark, was very understanding and discounted our bill for the price of the coolant.
