Need a reason to book a flight to Vancouver? The new Marriott might help persuade you to book a trip.

In anticipation of the throngs of visitors converging on the Vancouver area for the 2010 Winter Olympics, the Vancouver Airport Marriott has completed its multi-million dollar renovation, which includes updated guest rooms and suites.

The Vancouver Marriott Airport is located "seconds away" from the new Richmond Olympic Oval, and minutes from the Vancouver International Airport. The hotel provides a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle for guests.

According to a press release from Marriott, the 237 guest rooms and suites now include 37" LCD TV's, new furniture, wireless internet access and outlets available for iPods, PDAs and laptops.

Can't make it to the mountain to watch the races? Marriott also installed a Plug n' Play panel in each room, which allows guests to use the in-room TV as a display screen for laptops and offers split screen viewing, so guests can work and watch TV simultaneously.
