Travelers and visitors to Boston Logan International Airport will be treated to some of the finest French cuisine this side of the Atlantic.

Chef BJ Salazar of Boston's Sel de la Terre restaurant will showcase his creations at the airport's Dine Boston restaurant. The menu will include dishes like gorgonzola cheese, haricots verts,
salmon with roasted shallot compote and crispy Yukon potatoes.

The inaugural event is part of a three-month program which will bring New England's best chefs to welcome travelers on Boston flights with the finest cuisine creations in the city.

Mike Caro, vice president of Development for BAA Boston, the manager of the airport's AirMall, said: "The cuisine of Sel de la Terre reflects the expertise and talent of Chef Salazar, who honed his technique at some of France's finest restaurants.

"BAA Boston and Dine Boston are pleased to introduce him and his creations to the traveling passengers through the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program. We are proud to offer more choices for unique and memorable dining at the AirMall at Boston Logan International Airport."
