With more than 5,000 miles of beautiful shores stretching into the Pacific Ocean, Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico, it’s no wonder so many people flock south of the border for a Mexican getaway. The beaches of Mexico offer everything from lazy beach days filled with Coronas and sunscreen to deep sea diving, fishing and surfing adventures.

It’s hard to deny the sheer beauty of Mexico’s beaches. Soft white sand meets turquoise blue waters all along Mexico’s coast, often accompanied by volcanic rock or dramatic cliffs. The sunny and tropical weather doesn’t hurt, either. It’s exactly the sort of weather that begs you to pull up a lounge chair, put your feet up and enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of paradise.

If you’re still going through summer withdrawal, your warm-weather fix is just south of the border. Get a glimpse of what you’re in for with this photo tour of Mexico’s beaches.
