The Dine Boston restaurant at Boston Logan International Airport is to showcase a new Mexican menu as part of the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program.

Chef Erwin Ramos from renowned restaurant Ole Mexican Grill is to visit the airport to cook the new options. His menu is set to include Tacos stuffed with beer-battered shrimp and cilantro pesto, as well as Robbalo Asado, a sea bass dish.

Mike Caro, Vice-President of Development at BAA Boston, said: “The Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program is a great opportunity for travelers as well as the general public to experience the diversity of Boston’s culinary scene.

“We are pleased to welcome Chef Erwin Ramos to the Airmall and excited to taste his unique creations.”

Dine Boston is situated in the Airmall at Terminal E of Boston Logan.
