Happy Sunday: A Mother’s Day playlist

Whether it’s high on your social calendar or you consider it one of many commercial charades, this Mother’s Day mix should bring an (added) smile to your face.

Mother’s Day Mix

Mother’s Day No. 1s have been gracing our ears for years, usually led by some chart-hungry act who’s decided to cash-in (or some might say sell-out) for some so-called sales success.

This year’s winner is that Military Wives (and Mothers) track, ‘Wherever You Are’. Which, social commentary aside, is a welcome change in our book.

Whatever way you look at it, we’ve had a lot of fun producing this mix – a little musical nostalgia is always welcome in our book.

So whack up the volume and enjoy.

Please note – we’ve added the whole Ronan Keating ‘Songs For My Mother’ album because, well, if the cap fits. So it’s probably best turn the volume down at those points – if you’re not a fan.
