The holidays are usually when air travel and hotel prices go up, but
Easter travel just got a little more affordable. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or just need some extra time with family, now's the time to book cheap flights and hotels.
Easter celebrations
take place all over the world, but major sales are happening closer to
home. Hotels.com recently launched a 30 percent off sale on hotels for Easter
weekend in top destinations including Chicago, Phoenix, New York, Orlando and Fort
Lauderdale.
Boston hotels including the Park Plaza, the Liberty Hotel, and the Taj
Boston are just a few premier hotels participating in the 30 percent
sale.
Want to get out of the cold and into the sunshine? Miami hotels
including the Royal Palm South Beach Resort and the Beacon Hotel South
Beach are both offering rooms at less than $200/night.
The hotel sale for participating cities must be booked by April 12 for travel between April 10 – 13, 2009.
