Best Buy (Web site: www.bestbuy.com), the consumer electronics dealer, is to launch gadget vending machines across a number of U.S. airports.

Airports targeted so far are those in Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and San Francisco, reports The Associated Press.

Customers in these airports will be able to purchase cell phone and computer accessories, digital cameras, portable data storage devices, headphones, travel adapters, electronic chargers, and other gadgets.

These vending machines will be ready by September 1.
