AirTran Airways has teamed up with SkyMall to offer a new shopping experience for members of its A+ Rewards program.

Frequent flyers will be able to earn additional A+ Rewards credits if they purchase items online at airtran.com/mall.

Goods from more than 90 online retailers will be available at the Web-based mall, with passengers able to purchase everything from magazines and books to cosmetics and electronics.

Tad Hutcheson, Vice-President of Marketing at AirTran, said: “We are proud to enrich our partnership with SkyMall, which will be a great benefit to A+ Rewards members looking for more options to earn reward travel.”

Casey Christ, SkyMall’s Vice-President of Airline Marketing, added: “The A+ Rewards Mall represents a significant increase in the number of partners for the A+ Rewards program which will make earning reward travel even easier for the program’s members.”
