How happy are you with the airlines? According to a survey from the Air Transport Users Council (AUC), complaints from customers about the airline industry have risen by 11 percent in a year.

According to the AUC, there are 12,307 customer complaints from 2008-2009, compared to 11,077 for the 2007-2008 reporting year.

What are the top gripes? Seems fliers are still annoyed at airline cancellations, delays and lost luggage mishaps.

AUC reports that this year, there were more complaints about cancelled flights than any other issue. Whiloe it’s frustrating, this isn’t entirely surprising — many airlines cancelled routes this year due to a decrease in overall passenger traffic.

We want to know: What’s your biggest airline complaint?
