Travel dining and retail chain HMSHost Corporation has opened a branch of Dewar’s Clubhouse at Honolulu International Airport, and will open the Gordon Biersch Restaurant Brewery in May.

With a European golf-house theme, Dewar’s Clubhouse, on the Central Concourse, will offer a full bar menu of speciality cocktails, light meals and restaurant dishes from its American grill.

The Gordon Biersch Restaurant Brewery will serve up traditional American cuisine, hand-crafted beers and other fine beverages with a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant will be located in the EWA Concourse.

Steve Johnson, Senior Vice-President of Business Development for HMSHost, said: “We want to help make Honolulu International Airport – as the gateway to paradise for travelers – an exceptional experience and one that makes the traveler’s day better when it comes to dining during travel.”

Brennon Morioka, Director of the Hawaii Department of Transportation, added: “HMSHost brings the Airport two nationally recognized brands set in a unique atmosphere that offer our Honolulu travelers dining options that exceed their expectations.”
