Upgrade works are beginning on the runway of Idaho Falls Regional Airport (Web site: www.ci.idaho-falls.id.us) and will be closed this month.

In this time, Horizon Air will be the only carrier offering service to and from the airport.

The airline is offering flights to and from Boise four times a day.

Apart from a new runway, the airport is to see improvements to its parking lot, which include credit-card machines at the exits to make payments more convenient.
