With an impressive number of celebrity chef-owned restaurants and a dining scene that continually pushes the envelope, Sin City is a foodie’s paradise. If you’re looking to indulge in the latest culinary offerings, check out these three new eateries in Las Vegas.

Guy Fieris Vegas Kitchen & Bar

Best known for his boisterous personality and as the host of “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives,” Food Network star Guy Fieri is bringing a slew of boldly named American classics to The Quad. There’s his signature bacon mac and cheese burger; “Guy-Talian Fondue Dippers,”  pepperoni-wrapped breadsticks served with a four-cheese fondue; and “Vegas Fries,” which are tossed in Buffalo sauce and topped with bleu cheese in an homage to Fieri’s college days at UNLV. Grab a seat on the patio for views of Harrah’s Carnival Court while you dine.

Carlos Bakery

Guy Fieri isn’t the only celebrity chef setting up shop in Las Vegas this spring — “Cake Boss” star Buddy Valastro is now offering his famed sweet treats at a new Carlo’s Bakery location on The Strip. Cannolis, pound cakes, pastries and cookies are just a few of the “Cake Boss” goodies you’ll be able to enjoy at Carlo’s Bakery inside The Venetian.

Yusho

Chicago institution Yusho set up shop in the Monte Carlo this month, bringing a spin on Japanese street food to The Strip. This brightly colored restaurant serves up steamed buns, noodles, meat skewers and seafood, with must-tries including a ramen bowl with pork shoulder, bacon and chicken neck; chub sausage steamed buns and the beet and tofu salad. Top it off with tofu, sweet potato and rosemary doughnuts and wash it down with a selection from Yusho’s impressive sake menu.
