Okay, we know you’re busy. You don’t want to break stride get a flu shot – even if it’s one of the more the more important things you can do just now, with flu season fast approaching. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) understands.

If you’re flying to, from, or through VYR through November 28 stop by the Vancouver Airport Medical Clinic, and get the shot. The clinic is located on Level 1 of the airport’s domestic terminal. Registered nurses will administer shots – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 11am and 3pm.

The cost is reasonable: $25 Canadian for British Columbia residents, and $35 for out-of-province residents. If your flight schedule doesn’t accommodate these times, call the clinic at 1-604-207-6900 and set up an appointment. In such cases, the shots are $30.

Vancouver is Air Canada’s prime transpacific gateway, and a significant city for discount airline WestJet.
