Why leave your favorite furry friend home when he can travel in style with you? Now that Pet Airways is in full service mode, and JetBlue is discounting its travel fees for pets, there’s no reason why Fido or Fluffy can’t come along for the ride.

Now that you’ve booked a flight for your pet, where will you stay? Pet-friendly hotels are available and most offer complimentary amenities including treats, blankets and pet beds to help the stay comfortable.
Affinia Hotels is re-launching its popular pet-friendly travel program
Jet Set Pets‘ in its New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C. locations, and offering a little extra incentive.

If you paid a fee for flying your pet to your destination, Affina will waive its $25 pet fee for the duration of your stay. In addition, your pet will get:

  • A travel water bowl
  • A city-specific chew toy (Empire State Building, Capitol Building or Al Capone)
  • Organic treats

Affina Hotels has seven hotels located in New York, Washington, DC and Chicago.
