Coach: There are National Express coach services to London Victoria (A6), London Liverpool Street and London Victoria (A7) and Stratford (A9). There are short-, mid- and long-term parking lots, with short-term parking located very close to the terminal building. Pre-booking is available (Web site: www.eparking.uk.com). Regular coaches transfer passengers from the mid- and long-term parking lots to the terminal. For long-term parking, contact BAA Advance (tel: +44 (0)870 000 1000) to receive a discount or book online via the airport’s Web site. Parking for motorcycles is free in the designated (D) zone of the long-stay parking lot.

The brand new Radisson SAS hotel has 500 rooms and is just two minutes via a covered walkway from the terminal building. There are wheelchair-accessible toilets throughout the airport, hearing loops and TTY telephones. All telephones are fitted with induction couplers. Reserved seating and parking are provided; courtesy transfer shuttles are wheelchair-accessible. Ramps, lifts and elevators link all levels of the terminal building, including the station. Passengers requiring wheelchair and assistance boarding the aircraft should contact their airline prior to travel. All trains serving London Stansted Airport are equipped with facilities for disabled passengers; many coaches are not and passengers should check with the individual service providers.
