Taxi: Taxis are readily available from outside the terminal on the baggage reclaim level and operate fixed-rate fares to various zones in the local area.
Bus: The airport’s designated shuttle is Carolina Transportation (CATS) Airport Express, which serves the central city area, major hotels and the business districts, departing from the east end of the upper level of the Main Terminal. Most hotels also provide courtesy shuttles.

Hourly, daily and long-term parking is available in several parking lots. There are also two satellite parking lots and a remote overflow parking lot nearby. All parking lots, except the hourly one, are served by complimentary shuttle services to the airport. Valet parking is available.

All restrooms and telephones are wheelchair-accessible and there are TTY-text telephones located throughout the terminal (tel: 704 359 4837). Wheelchairs are available on request from airlines; passengers requiring special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel. Assistance carts for accessing areas of the terminal are available on request from Skycaps. Disabled parking spaces with direct access to the terminal are provided in the hourly parking lot. The daily parking lot also has disabled parking spaces and is served by a wheelchair-accessible shuttle.
