Not too much - the crew was nice.

My flight from St. Louis to Denver did not charge me for a carryon bag. I was very surprised to be charged $50 for my carryon bag at the Denver checkin, When I complained I was presented with an incredibly rude attitude. The flight was crowded and the space was so very small and cramped. I will never fly Frontier again. Your cheaper rates are not worth the flight experience.

At first, what seemed like a competitive price.

Extra cost for carry on bag, and any seat not center. Be aware that its lowe cost to pay for carry on bag online. It was $60 for one way for my one and only carry on bag. And to top it off, the in-flight service only service a cup of water. I will avoid Frontier in the future.

Mediocre|Nov 2021

The flight was delayed over 2hours which alone was enough to complain about. Once the plane arrived, the one attendant cared more about messing around, talking joking and hugging with the airport staff, rather then getting on the plane to sanitize so we could board the plane. When I found my seat, there was a dirty sanitizer wipe resting in my seat, and there was what looked to be a loogie on my window. The same attendant who was goofing off with the other staff was then talking very condescending to the passenger in the row in front of me because he fell asleep and his mask fell under his nose but still covered his mouth. Next time I will pay more money to have a comfortable flight where my carryon is included.

Apparently, Frontier in Austin flies out of another terminal. So although we arrived at the airport an hour and a half in advance of our flight, we needed to wait for a shuttle, and then shuttle over to the other terminal. When our family of six finally arrived, there was no one to check our two prepaid bags. Already checked in, I headed through security to the gate for help. The poor woman at the gate had an impossible job and could not help me until the plane had been boarded and left the gate. She assured me that she would get us on the next available flight when she had a minute. Unfortunately, the next available flight was over three days later after Christmas. We were forced to buy 6 last minute tickets with another airline (to the tune of a large mortgage payment) to get home for the holidays.

I attempted to book a flight on Frontier and after an hour of not receiving a confirmation email I I contacted another airline and booked a ticket with them. At some point later I sent an email, via a link on correspondence from the chat/customer service department, about the trip. I had sent a response in the customer feedback field, noting that I was unclear about what had transpired from my initial request and that, I had checked a couple of times, shortly after the requested booking and had not received any information back. So, if a ticket had been booked, I was requesting a refund. I still have had no reply to my expectation of a refund. So, I shall take up the matter with my credit card company. I would appreciate a prompt reply to this information at the earliest convenience. I can be reached at lissa325@hotmail.com. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
