Frontier is having gate agents make each passenger put their carry on into a new small box before they scan ticket to board. Randomly, they decide who has to pay an additional $99. Even if it fits in the box. They tell you to get in a line to pay, don’t have enough agents to do this, and if you try to speak up to defend your personal item, they immediately threaten to kick you off the flight. NEVER AGAIN.
