An efficient and courteous service all round.

The agents were excellent, they couldn’t have done any better. Although, they need more people. There was a problem in the car, lost 2 days of using it because the check engine light came on, called the road side assistance (make sure y’all get it, it helps really good when you need it) car needed to be towed as I wasn’t gonna drive an 1.5 hours back to the branch and missed my flight if something were to happen. Called Chloe, the agent helped hella quick. She offered and called a branch closest to where I was and had another car ready for me. Drove the car back to where I initially had the rental and spoke to another agent about the trouble, got refunded for the 2 days I missed using the car + the deposit back. Although there was an inconvenience, it wasn’t the agents fault, they helped out in the best way possible, and I was very happy. Great job!!!!

Our car was not ready on arrival and we were beyond the booked time. There were at least 4 other people waiting to get cars when we arrived. we were told it would be over an hour before a vehicle would be ready. We went with a different car company and still do not have a refund in spite of notifying Kayak immediately. And sending them a copy of our tickets the next morning proving that the car was not ready.

I had to wait 1h to get the car and it was smelling canabis.

Customer service at 3131 Danforth Ave in Toronto was top notch. Syed Ashraf was awesome. Lost my keys in kitchener, road side assistance customer service was good but they picked up car and didn't notify me, leaving me stranded at my hotel for almost 2 hrs. Will definitely rent from Syed again!

The car was dirty outside and in. The maintenance of the vehicle was questionable - the rearview mirror came off in my hand hen I was adjusting it. Avis staff was not welcoming or friendly.

It was not clear that my rental was not for anyone under 25. I could not go forward with the rental. Some kind of pop-up or more explicit warning would be helpful in the future.

Owen at the front desk was super helpful and upgraded me for a great price!

Confusing set up, difficult to return vehicle. Missing info. Not impressed Why you gave us a BMW SUV instead of intermediate KIA vehicle causing us to pay higher fuel costs wasn't appreciated. Not pleasant experience.

I was called after reserving and providing my visa that there was no car available. Felt very shady. I’m wondering how kayak does business.

The front desk worker who gave key to me was rude . Next time I will not rent through this company.

Very well organised and great service

The vehicle was very clean and functional, service at the office quick and efficient. Friendly staff. Price very reasonable. However, the instructions that were posted by 'QeeQ' on how to get from arrival at Pearson airport to the shuttle pickup location were very poor. It took 5 airport personnel to direct me to the correct route, the first 4 were wrong and couldn't make sense of the instructions either.

Had to cancel my reservation last minute and the claim is still open for weeks trying to get my money back, I couldn't imagine that one cancelled car reservation would be such a hustle with those internet companies...

I’m not happy at all

Excellent vehicle, great experience, so expensive. Appreciate being able to drop off in another city but an equivalent vehicle with similar mileage is available for more time from Turo for half the price

When we came to pick up the car, no cars were available even though we had recieved confirmation on our booking. The people working there said they had been «too busy» to call us and let us know. I will never use this company again.
